Chelsea Wilson is one of the worst most deceitful people I have ever dealt with and that is saying something. She thinks she can leverage her looks to get what she wants and has no problems saying whatever she has to. She thinks she can use people and talk behind their back with no repercussions. She should take a look in the mirror and understand that people can see through her act and can tell when she is lying to get what she wants. Looks won’t last forever honey.
Hello my name name Jack, I met you last fall, you gave me your card. I currently have 2 commercial properties, a little info about these, both of these these are future commercial development areas. one is 60 acres, with a 2 storey cabin on it, had this recently appraised at $1,000,000 an acre. The other is 100 acres, and had this one appraised at $500,000 an acre.
These properties were inherited to me, I will be back up there first week of August to pick up appraisal info, and all other documents including tittle of record, survey info / lot and consession info, etc.
I don’t really deal with land, not sure if you remember the brief conversation we had when we met, I mostly buy and sell condos and houses for investment and profit. I also told you my realtor was retiring, as he did this past spring, and would be needing a new full time realtor, and you gave me your card.
As stated I don’t really deal with land, I did have specific plans for these two properties, that might weird at first, but I hope you give me a chance to explain this decision, as it 100 percent real, and I’m 100 percent serious.
I wanted to approach you with this for several months now, but didn’t know how to word it without it sounding weird, and there is no way to, but what I really wanted to do was simply donate / gift / transfer these two properties entirely to you.
I hope we can hope on a call at some point so I can explain all this and help you make sense if it as there is reasoning behind this decision.
Kindly let me know if I can give you a call and discuss this further.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Regards,
Jack
